Q1 What is T24 Mobile?
A   T24 Mobile is GSM Mobile Service launched by Future Group jointly with Tata Teleservices.
 
Q2 Where can I get a T24 mobile connection?
A   You can get the T24 Mobile connection from select Future Group stores like Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar, Pantaloon, Ezone, Central, Brand Factory & Home Town.
 
Q3 What documents need to be submitted for getting a new T24 connection?
A   You need to carry valid ID proof either driving license or passport / PAN card / photo credit card along with address proof like registered lease agreement, ration card, water/electricity/landline telephone bill not older than 3 months & one passport size color photograph.
 
Q4 From where can I recharge my T24 connection?
A   You can recharge your connection through select Future Group Stores like Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar, Pantaloon, Ezone, Central, Brand Factory & Home Town or from any TATA Tele retailer.
 
Q5 What are the benefits of taking a T24 Mobile connection?
A   T24 mobile offers unique benefit linked to shopping at Future Group stores & also on talking. Hence this connection literally pays for itself.

Every time the customer shops at any of the Future Group Stores, customer will get free talk time. For benefits on shopping, please refer to Shop More Talk More section on our website.

Besides this, special benefits will be offered to customers linked to specific recharge denomination. For details please refer to Talk More Shop More section on our website.

T24 Mobile also offers life time validity, option of choosing per second or per minute tariff plan with reliable GSM Network provided by Tata Teleservices.
 
Q6 How will the free airtime be given to me?
A   Every time you shop at any of the Future Group stores you will be given a promo slip at the bill counter. Depending on the value of your purchase the value of free airtime will be printed on the promo slip. All you need to do is go to the free Recharge Desk in the store & handover the promo slip to the T24 Mobile executive for loading the free airtime on your SIM. For your convenience the T24 Mobile free Recharge Desk is placed just after the bill counter.
 
Q7 What should I do if I am at aFuture Group store & wish to buy a T24 connection but do not have documents with me?
A   The free promo slip can be retained & you can come back to the store with requisite documents as per your convenience. The validity date of the free promo slip is mentioned, you can always avail the benefit before the expiry of the validity of free promo slip.
 
Q8 What benefits will I get under Talk More Shop More Offer?
A   Based on the recharge denomination, a number of offers will be communicated through SMS. These offers can vary from time to time & will be periodically updated on our website www.T24mobile.com under the Talk More Shop More section.
 
Q9 What are the Customer Care numbers?
A   You can call us on 52121 (toll free) from your T24 mobile or on the ten digit number mentioned in the Customer Care section from any other phone. You can also write to us at customerservice@t24mobile.com. We will be pleased to assist you.
 
Q10 Once I recharge, how long will it take for talk time to be credited to my account?
A   Sir/Madam, You will get the talk time then & there when you recharge your connection.
 
Q11 What if I lose my T24 SIM Card?
A   You will need to call Customer Care on the numbers given in Customer Care section immediately to block you card. You can then visit any Future Group store with valid Identity and address proof for getting a SIM replacement. Your T24 number will continue to remain the same and your prepaid balance on the old card will be transferred to the new SIM.
 
Q12 How will I know about ongoing offers in the store for T24 Mobile?
A   To know the offers, please visit Shop More Talk More / Talk More Shop More section on our web site www.t24mobile.com or contact Customer Care.
 
Q13 Is T24 connection available in postpaid?
A   Currently only prepaid connections are being offered.
 
Q14 Will a representative come to my residence if I want to buy a T24 connection?
A   At present we are not offering this facility. You need to visit any of the Future Group stores (Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar, Pantaloon, Central, Home Town, Brand Factory or E zone) to get the T24 connection.
 
Q15 Can I recharge with paper vouchers?
A   Presently recharge can be done at select Future Group Stores or from any TATA Tele retailer through electronic recharge. Paper vouchers cannot be used.
 
Q16 Are you offering 1 paise per second plan?
A   We are offering both 1 paise per second plan & 50 paisa per minute plan.
 
Q17 Will incoming calls be charged?
A   Incoming calls will not be charged in the home state. They will be charged while roaming nationally or internationally. For detailed information on roaming tariffs, please refer to the roaming tariffs given on our website.
 
Q18 Is GPRS active on my SIM card when I buy?
A   Yes GPRS will be active when you buy a new connection.
