Running an issue with your T24 number?
Please raise your voice at our Toll Free Customer Care helpline number on 52121 or if you are unable to call from your T24 number, please call on the ten digit number given in Customer Care section from any other phone.
Not Satisfied with the resolution provided by the Call Center?
Please feel free to contact the Nodal Officer of your Circle with your complaint reference number and details of your complaint. The Nodal Officer will revert to you through your preferred mode of contact, with a resolution / response within 10 days of registering a complaint.
In case you are still not satisfied with the response of our Nodal Officer, you may write your complaint / grievance to the Appellate Authority as a final mechanism for your complaint resolution during working hours 9.30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday excluding National & Regional Holidays. You are required to fill up a form prescribed by TRAI in Duplicate. The Appellate Authority shall respond to you within 15 days of receiving your complaint.
